The formatting toolbar gives you quick access to the main cell text style settings. The settings you make here are reflected in the cell and in the cell properties.
Note: If you have a cell selected then the changes apply to the cell alone and not to the properties of a named style. To change the settings of a named style deselect the cell and change then.

Opens the style editor, which gives access to all style settings for a cell. |

Duplicates (i.e. copies the style as a new unnamed style) |

Removes the style settings from the cell/frame/table so that the default settings are used again. |

Removes the style settings from the cell/frame/table so that the default settings are used again. |
| 5. Style Name | This indicates the name of the current style. Empty if a local unnamed style is used. |
| 6. Font | The name of the font. You will find all fonts availabe from your windowing system here. The pseudo font *inherit indicates, that the inherited (i.e. passed on) style from the frame or page is used. |
| 7. Font Size | The size of the font in points. |

Sets the cell contents to bold/italic or underlined. |

Aligns the cell contents horizontally. Either to the left, centered or to the right. |
| 10. | The style/font attributes in the property panel provide more properties. |
| 11. | The styles tab in the explore pane, shows all named styles. |
| 12. | The selectd style is marked. Use the context menu to create new styles or delete them. |
